The other night I ventured out to a boutique to listen to Porchlight Storytelling Series "Coming Up Short"
For anytime you've ended up with the shitty end of the stick. Which in sense celebrates or doesn't celebrate the shortest month of the year! Several people come up and tell their stories in which the ended up on the short end of the stick. the event was held at a place called Orecul 77.
This is a do it yourself boutique in the Highland park area of Los Angeles. They have a lot of handmade goods and carry a custom line of clothes. You're also able to sell your stuff their on consignment. You can also bring fabric in and whip up something new with it..
